Can we make veigars' ult more true to its theme?

Let's break down the meaning of the ability.

Primordial Burst

Primordial - basic and fundamental. Burst - an explosion.

Now as it stands it basically implodes the target(can only hit one person) and works better against advanced beings(those who build AP.) So I feel like we need to rename or re-tune this ability to work correctly within the theme.

Option 1 - Rename the spell since it scales with the enemies items we need a word that fits with quality such as 'paramount' i like the word 'implosion' since its a rather contained version of exploding so we got a new name like : Paramountal Implosion

Option 2 - We make the spell truer to it's name.

There's nothing more primal, raw, basic, than true damage, so lets make it true damage. We remove the scaling from targets ability power And finally since it's a burst or explosion we need an aoe component to the spell. Grant a passive that makes people explode when you kill them with anything. I'd suggest it to be an aoe damage proc on kill equal to his bonus ability power from Q or maybe a flat amount + scaling.
