Oh, so Lulu is allowed to give allies Attack Speed but not Ability Power?

She used to give allies 20 -- 60 (I think) Ability Power with Whimsy. It helped her synergize with Adcs and Mages alike. It was nice on comps like Lulu/Lux, or Lulu/Nunu (when he ults). Edit: Or with Karthus' or Fiddle's ults.

So for not posting the context. The table flip felt appropriate. On the PBE they're testing giving Whimsy an Attack Speed buff, too.

She doesn't give her allies either. She gives them her passive, which is all the more deadly with a censer, and it scales off of her Ability Power, but that's about it.

Attack speed is nice but I remember one time a Riot member said (like a year ago) he wanted to give lulu polymorph an armor/magic resistance percentage stat reduction. Which means allies would do more damage to the target if they are in polymorph form which I think is balance because its only for 2.25 seconds. They did this with another moba where the character turns the enemy into a bunny This would be a good buff to lulu.
