Genuine question: why are we wanting to buff Lulu?

Lulu is my top played champion in ranked. She shields, she cc’s (hard and soft cc), she buffs. She can do it all. I might not be ranked super mega high. I’m only Plat 4, and I’ve only played about 95 games on her in ranked this season. BUT! I have a 67% win rate on her.

If anything, she’s still a bit too strong because of her polymorph duration.

This could potentially break her. Again. Everyone will start abusing her — pick or ban priority. Then, she’ll be nerfed into the ground, and we’re right back at square one.

Far as I can tell, Lulu has had nothing but nerfs for five years straight, and she's still one of the most dangerous supports in the game. She's one of my strongest supports, and that's exactly why I try to avoid using her unless the enemy has invoked my wrath.

Still, with enough consecutive nerfs, you have to admit that there's something inherently wrong with the champion and they must be reworked.

I think enchanters as a whole are outdated and somewhat unhealthy for the game itself. There's little room for individual skill that can only be done on these champions, sans reaction time which is a skill that everyone can improve on regardless of champion. This is coming from an avid enchanter player myself, who is still waiting for the "hook city" meta to end.

Other enchanter outshine her in most part of the game and also meta favor too much hooker which are somehow innate counter to enchanter. Lulu buff won't break her because riot has already reduced shield duration from 6 to 2.5 (this is why lulu shield has to be stronger)
