So Zoe:

1. Threw her projectile backward, with its distinctive sound queue and visuals
2. Ran straight at you
3. Redirected her projectile, giving you another sound queue while continuing to run straight at you

And you failed to sidestep it or find a minion to take it for you.

Zoe is balanced because her entire kit is telegraphed. Her big damage comes from telling you explicitly that she's about to throw a projectile at you and where it's coming from. Her sleep is on a delay, giving you time to Cleanse, QSS, dash, or get behind your wave. Her Portal Jump tells you exactly where she's going to return to for easy skillshots. And everything she does can be blocked by minions.

to me zoe is the old leblanc

That’s every champion now.

Probably because you didn't buy Magic Resist or you got hit by her skillshots. That champion has very obvious strengths and weaknesses.

Just like you are very obviously a silver player.
