A Simple Fix to Boards Don't let people QQ about champion being strong unless they played at least 10 games with it in ranked
The last time I checked I wasn't QQing. I'm just getting tired of seeing all the QQ threads instead of worthwhile board material.
The thing is, your suggestion is definitely a nerf(if you didn't buff her base stun, and you didn't). And champions usually nerfed only if they are too strong. And Annie is not too strong, she is actually weak in high-elo games in this meta of long range poke
Annie can't stack up her stun as fast as Kennen can, though. His full combo applies six stacks of his passive, while Annie needs to cast all of her spells, plus one, to recharge her stun, which takes her awhile.
Check one of my replies. And while she can't stack it as fast late game, while laning early game she can by just csing with Q. Which takes 6-8 seconds depending on if she has Molten Shield.
annie cant permastun an entire team
I meant, stunning more people reduces the duration. That way you don't find her stunning up 4-5 people for 1.5 seconds. Maybe along the lines of: 1 person-1.5 seconds 2 persond-1.25 seconds 3 persons-1 second 4 or more-.75 seconds

But she should be rewarded with hitting multiple people :(
My thoughts exactly, but people act as if when we play Annie we can just randomly drop out ults for 5 man stuns. Again I'm just suggesting this because seeing "Annie OP" threads gets tiresome after a certain point.

Well, I might be biased as an old Veigar main, I think it's pretty sad that in the name of counterplay we make champions not able to reliably do their job, when it's pretty much their whole point to be reliable and it's healthy that this game brings counterplay via items : like, you should die if you don't respect the burst mage and come in his range when he's fed/farmed. It's not like they have low CD's and can bring much more than their 'doom burst'
(
is kind of an exception to that rule -he has huge burst and low cd's-, though he has shorter range, but that's no wonder he's picked a lot in competitive)
has short range, relatively low dps (once her burst is gone she's really not
guys^^).
Yup she can flash stun. But think about it, what else can she do? No mobility, no outplay tools, she kinda got nothing else. Much like Veigar used to.
-Fine, she has quite a good winrate in soloQ. But people get too salty about that no-counterplay shit. Fucking build
or
or
or
to survive her burst. Counterplay should be also on items, not everything should be easily outplayable, unless we want to make mobility champions EVEN MORE OP (I assure you, bad idea).
I think it's a bad idea to nerf champions on their reliability. Nerf them on something else.
And I'm glad for instance, that on PBE Garen's 20% selfslow has been removed, because that is one example of reduced reliability that was going to go live. (more kited, less reliable)

I find that this is generally all you need to shut her down. Half the time she has to be in range of Abyssal's aura range to get that stun off, so she risks taking much more damage from you by engaging. Banshee's speaks for itself.
