So I just tested a new build for Mordekaiser and then it hit me...

That build looks suspiciously Juggernaut-y, doesn't it?
And after checking some other Juggernaut builds like Illaoi and Yorick I've come to realize that this isn't too far off from what a "Magic/Hybrid Juggernaut" should be building.
it has a perfect mix of offense and defense that balances itself out and allows the champion to maximize damage by tapping into strong AD and Ap scalings and using
and
to provide all the necessary damage to remain relevant throughout the game.
Currently Mordekaiser has the problem of being too efficient when building pure Damage and this type of build seems to be better suited for a Revenant King rather than a build that looks suspiciously like a Veigar build.
Anyways, just something I wanted to share. I think if Mordekaiser gets a VGU there's already pretty solid itemization for a durable Magic damage threat like himself.
build
works on Mordekaiser lol with his e... You use it on ult gank
( i never have hextech and voidstaff in the same build, depending if there's sustained fights or not)
(stopped building it but why not)
(heavy ad team, for zhonya if there's a high burst ,it lets me time to dodge it and recover hp)
(rare,only vs full ap+dot commp)
(very rare) .

work on the same build? The spellvamp from gunblade is indispensable, but Morde really needs that added mobility. I know the actives obviously take each other's ccoldown, but even with that in mind, could it work?
