Singed and less mana on items

Singed should get an HP buff to compensate for the lower amount of mana on the incoming mage item rework since it directly affects his passive.

item 3165 which he won't use anyways as he doesn't need cdr, grievous wounds and has better items to buy.

But, the only mana item he sometimes gets is item 3027 , which is giving literally half the mana, and along with item 3010 , a WAY weaker passive, so most likely i'll stop buying it on him (even as i only did very circumstantially) as it will give: 20 less ap 400 less mana 100 less hp (on singed) a way weaker passive (current regen on lvl up from is a lot more than 15% stuff)

The problem with his design is that his passive is made to synergize with mana items while he doesn't need mana and he is in need of rushing other items.

Sure cause the new item that gives 300 hp 400 mana 80 ap and a active that gives a slow is worthless on singe.............

it is, singed doesn't require extra mana, if you want to get hp, it's just better on him to directly buy hp items. without mentioning he already has all the slow he needs, that would be a waste of gold and item slot.

they should remake his passive to scale with 50% of **BONUS **mana, so it will make sense to buy mana items.

Or make his passive give him Tenacity from extra mana, along with less hp.

Who builds mana on him nowadays? That power spike from rushing rylais is almost mandatory in my experience. That being said RoA will be a godsend like liandries was
