So, if Marksmen are still totally viable, then why not play them mid/top/jungle?

besides the few cheese picks like Quinn, or twitch, being played outside of bot lane, we all know that top laners, mid laners, and junglers would never play them against the typical top/mid lane/jungle meta. I don't care about bruisers and mages being played bot lane, but at least tweak marksmen to be able to be played in another lane. i mean, if Hashinshin thinks that supports and ADC were so strong, why didn't he just take them top lane? oh right, because they were only that strong going bot lane. the thing is, they gutted marksmen, who were ONLY viable bot lane, while other champs were viable in multiple roles. ADC players aren't bitch about our champions being nerfed, we're bitching because now they are just generally unplayable, in general. lets say Riot returns everything to them, completely undoes everything they did, you still wouldn't take them top or mid, you still wouldn't jungle with them. they would go back to only being played botlane, with the exception of the few cheese picks, and everyone would go back to complaining about them being "broken" while still not playing them in any other lane, because deep down you know they aren't viable in your lane. Hashinshin would go back to bitching about them, while not actually playing them himself, because he knows they would be a bad pick.. get what i'm saying?
