Rek'Sai passive ability ideas: Shaken prey/Aftershocks

Disclaimer: This post is not meant to complain or imply that Rek'Sai is weak in the current Meta. It is simply an expression of hypothetical ideas that may prove interesting on her or any future champion.

Good day all, today I wanna talk about Rek'Sai's deadliest weapon. Not her teeth, claws, bulk or insatiable bloodlust but her vibrations...no really. To make a long story short it appears our sand queen digs in a manner similar to the Zerg from StarCraft (look it up folks) by vibrating so intensely she shears through the earth as if it we're water.
To make a long science lesson short vibrations, when used correctly, can have very destructive effects on solid matter (think glasses shattering due to sound or a building destroyed by an earthquake) so why not have Rek'Sai weaponize this to an extent?

I propose two mutually exclusive ability passives:

  • Shaken Prey (Burrowed Q passive)-Enemy champions struck by prey seeker are destabilized by the blast and have their armor and/or magic resist shredded by a flat amount/percentage for a set amount of time.

  • Aftershocks (post unburrowed W passive)-Rek'Sai body keeps vibrating for a few seconds allowing her basic attacks and bite(E) to cleave a little easier through her prey's defenses. ie. she gains a small boost in armor pen and/or magic pen for an arbitraty number of attacks (let's say 3 as per tradition) or all at once if she bites ( no effect at full fury because true damage makes penetration moot). Can apply to multiple targets when using Queen's wrath (Q)

All in all these buff's/debuff's could be switched around on either ability depending what's more effective/balnced and would help Rek'Sai in few ways.

  • Slightly more teamfight presence either with short debuff applied to multiple opponents or penetrating Queen's wrath hitting clumped opponents harder.

  • More isolated dueling/kill potential via Debuff or pen. Note that ,assuming prey seeker uses the debuff, due to it's range hitting a target at max distance may not give enough time to take advantage of the debuff. Choice between chase with less damage or saving it for close quarters with a chance at being juked.

  • Thematically unexplored and interesting.

  • Give's Rek'Sai a slightly more unique role compared to other assassins/junglers considering not too many have a slight built in shred or pen.

So that's the crazy idea. Feel free to discuss respectfully any thoughts, disagreements or inspirations in the comments below.
