Ao Shin skin for Aurelion Sol? WE HAVE THE TECHNOLOGY

This is obscenely early to post considering the Star dragon was JUST announced today but in honor of Ao Shin's memory (and because it just seems like an awesome idea) why not have him be a skin for Aurelian Sol? Three twisters could replace his passive stars. His Q a mounting hurricane. The flight of his E causes him to look like a bank of thunderclouds looming ever closer. His ultimate a blast of pure tsundering electricity, heck one of his concept pieces basically shows him firing just that. So why not folks? It's an idea so obvious it might turn out redundant if Riot already considered it.
