There are literally zero "Ezreal" matches in the new Patch notes.

Meddler posted in his gameplay thoughts that they’re still assessing whether it’s Ezreal that’s the issue or Klepto. Ezreal without Klepto’ winrate is barely above 50%, so my guess is they’re probably gonna focus on Klepto more so than the champ.

Like how people complain about this yet it was known for the past two weeks. You could look it up on Surrender@20 and see they didn't make any changes to him at all during the cycle.
