@Riot, @Players, What would Elise's kit rework look like? [READ PASSIVE FOR UNIQUE TOUCH]

As I read Elise's abilities I did feel a spider vibe from her but at the same time I was confused what kind of Spider Elise is.

http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/2qKG9p3Q-black-widow-or-beey-tarantula This person points out very good information and has an Ideal, I suggest you take the time to read his thoughts.

In my personal view for Elise, I'll break it down. [NOTE: this isn't intended to buff all her skills this is just to give you an idea of how each skill has the potential to be buffed/changed, this doesn't mean her full kit will be like down below]

TLDR; Passive, As a spider queen, have her make eggs within bushes so that once its ready to hatch she can have a bigger spiderling that has an AoE explosion upon death (4 eggs only). Q, deal less damage but inflict a utility W, Buff Volatile spider speed and inflict slow movement upon explosion/ Buff spiderling to be immune to CC when this skill is active and can only die by basic attacks. E, Cocoon to have less range but spit out double webs that will stun or spit a line of webs that can stun and any enemy who walks over will be slowed/Spider form can also be used as an escape to wards, ally minions, ally champions. R, Reduce cool down by 1

Her Passive Spider Swarm "Human Form: When Elise's spells hit an enemy, she readies a Spiderling." THIS should be a passive WITHIN a passive. Her Human Form passive should be something creative and beneficial towards herself. Maybe have Elise summon eggs around the map where when its ready to hatch, Elise walks back to her egg in spiderform and gain a +1 big fat spider the size of Volatile that does the same thing as spiderling but once it dies, it does an AoE explosion, similar towards Kogmaw's passive.

But how would you activate this passive to make an Egg? when you're stealthed into a bush a circle thing will pop up saying you can lay an Egg. (Max 4 eggs) (Ready Hatch time: after 15 seconds) [Enemies can kill the egg by walking over it like Zyra's seeds]

Her Spiderform " Elise summons Spider Swarm Spiderlings to attack nearby foes. The maximum number of Spiderlings increases with the level of Spider Form. " When Elise is in spider form she can have her eggs to be hatched but if she goes back to human form her hatched eggs will die along with the spiderlings. Basically same thing except her spider form will do the hatching.

Her Q Neurotoxin/Venomous Bite I questioned why Venomous Bite doesn't inflict poison damage over time to targets like a venomous spider would. I love this skill and it represents so much on what every spider can do which is lunge into the foe and bite down but inflict poison or paralyzes the foe.

Neurotoxin is has a definition where it inflicts in your nervous system, so why doesn't this skill have a side effect as to Venomous bite? I read an amazing Idea for this skill which can be found here http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/XMIatAME-what-if-elises-q-completely-fcked-with-her-target>

Her W Volatile Spiderling/Skittering Frenzy I don't like this skill overall. Volatile spiderling is too slow to catch any target and the enemy is able to ignore it by clicking away. The only time that this skill hits anyone is when team fights happen since everyone is grouped up. This skill should be rewarded by inflicting an AoE slow movement speed when it explodes. This skill should increase the speed of the spider so that the enemy has to use something to escape rather than clicking away.>

Skittering Frenzy increases the attack speed of Elise and her spiderlings as well, also heals elise FROM her spiderlings not Elise herself. The spiderlings are weaker than Zyra's plants, they die before they can even do anything. The cool down should be reduced and her spiderlings should be immune ANYTHING but basic attacks like a Ward. THAT WAY when this skill is active, her spiderlings can actually DO something in play.

Her E Cocoon/Rappel I love this skill but I feel like the cool down doesn't justify enough compared to the cool down on other utility champions. Her Cocoon can do several possible things, Either spit out DOUBLE webs and stun the target (range reduced) or Spit out a line of webs so that even if Elise misses, any enemy who walks over her web has a sticky foot to where the movement speed is reduced heavily.>

Rappel is fun but it only targets enemies, this skill can ALSO be used as an escape similar to jax's Q where she can ward/ally/minion hop onto. What rappel is now doesn't justify her cool down because its not much of a big range and when shes in danger she can't use it as an escape compared to Fizz.

Her R Spider Form / Human Form

In my opinion this skill is fine but I feel like it needs a 1 second less cool down similar towards Nidalee's R where she is able to transform within 3 seconds rather than 4.

Just to give a clear vision on her egg.

When she's inside the bush she lays ONE egg. She can only lay 4 eggs over all across the map and have only 4 fat spiderlings with her.

My honest opinion for Elise is that she is a black widow, not a beefy tarantula. The main reason why I got her is that she can easily kill her targets and chase them, not for her to rappel in and tank all the damage. Also I'm sort of an Elise main.

I like your idea for the passive but Elise should still have small spiderlings with her when she becomes a spider. Maybe whenever she turns into a spider she gets 2/3/4/5 spiderlings? I think that if the enemy killed all of the eggs and Elise turns into a spider, she should have spiderlings since they are a large part of her damage. Also they need way more health since they die too easily and they are really important.

As for her Q I think it's fine as it is. Her human Q should have way more range and damage but her spider Q is fine. Maybe the human form Q should have poison but then the damage should remain the same or she has longer range on it OR decrease the mana cost. I think Elise's human Q costs waaaay too much mana for such a damageless (don't know the word :P) skill.

Elise's W is good apart from her human form again. The volatile spiderling has the IQ below a 1 year old and I've seen it go in the opposite direction of where I told it to go. I also think the damage should increase since people take it like it's nothing. The spider form W is fine, no need to change that.

Finally Elise's E is alright, the skills don't need to change apart from the spider form E. Say I'm chasing a champion or I'm running away, I should be able to go wherever I please, as in there are no enemy targets but I can click on the ground and land there. And if that's too much just allow it to jump onto allies as well. I don't know how many times I have ganked as Elise for the enemy to run out of my E circle and my allies chase him while I stand there not able to do anything.

And Elise's R is fine, don't change it there's no need to.
