BRING BACK SURGE!

Embertine··1 votes·278 views

Surge was a great ability. Instead of getting rid of it when you capped the attack speed in game, you should have balanced it like how you balanced exhaust recently. Also have a 6 stack Chogath and you Surge out it's like, "I'M GODZILLA!!"
