Renekton's health bar is still not fixed, and now Jarvan's is in the same state

This has been a problem for awhile with Renekton and hasn't been fixed. Now Jarvan's health bar is doing the same thing.

Riot, you need to fix this. It's beyond frustrating to play against. What's going on?
