they've practically nerfed damage across the board for mostly ad champs

for ad non adc and assassin champions who partially built tank. aka fighters and defensive items became worse more than ad items and every nerf to defensive items makes fighters have to build more defensive items just to reach to the fight we up to 4 defensive items build now (its actually 6 but one is boots and 2 of them also have offensive stats while haveing health).

Attack speed is the most important Stat on him and this version loses the active damage, the slow, and self movement boost and only gain of 2-6 second self movement boost.

But hey, the extra 5% lifesteal is nice.

If I'm reading this correctly it has increased slow and MS boost... But okay...

This one gains 20 AD and 5% lifesteal for 15% AS. That is good early game... It loses active damage, that is the only thing that might be an issue for him.

adcs need more buffs. like this keeps assassins from being popular and jumping on them rather its incourageing them to.
