I mean, you obviously can't harass him. You can't trade. You can't out CC him, you certainly can't out damage him. He is just an unmovable force of pwn in the bot lane that you have to zone yourself to be safe. Even the strongest harass doesn't phase him. He needs massive nerfs to his sustain.
