Who uses the full stormrazor build best?

Probably Jhin or Kai'sa.

I don't think you're supposed to rush Stormrazor anymore. It used to be the go-to rush item for every marksman, but now I think it's best for capping off an energized build as a third or fourth item.

Pretty much anybody who's gonna build Fleet Footwork and crit items could probably make it work. I'm not sure who it's best on, though. It's kinda fallen out of favor after its rework.

Let's stop for a moment. IS a decent item if you run Fleet Footwork. It has decent stats and empowering energized attacks is actually a decent thing. allows you to kite well, however you should only get both with when you are really ahead, otherwise stick to either or with , because you may lack survivability.

Who can build it: anyone running the Fleet Footwork rune. Common champs with such build and itemization: . Personally I feel uses it the best.

If you run Fleet Footwork + Taste of Blood, you can get kind of nice burst of healing with this build.

Kaisa likes the AD + Aspd combination but other than her Razor kinda sucks.
