Had a lb on r team today, we all just sat back as she owned whole game without dieing once, as long as she on your team its ok.

It's hilarious how Riot removed her silence because 'you can't respond' but managed to buff her damage to the point the silence would have been moot in 90 percent of cases.

Stop removing silence and point/click CC. You have missed the mark entirely.

Her damage didn't get buffed after silence change.

Leblanc's problem is that she has no counters in lane. Much like Zed's problems. But Leblanc's damage is much harder to avoid.

Leblanc's old weakness before her R rework(season 3) was that she had no waveclear since she had to rank Q first. This also meant for most of the game the only ability worth mimicing was Q.

The change to her R removed a lot of her weaknesses(which was AoE/wavelcear). She could still hurt you quite a bit. But if you picked a champ that could push and farm she'd lose a lot of CS if she spent her mana on trying killing you.

Make Q's proc do reduced damage at lower levels. Make W do reduced damage to minions increasing per rank, doing normal damage at max. R will not be effected by these changes.
