Idea for a Tutorial
First, you pick your lane and champion. During the tutorial, the other lanes are off limits, but aside from that there are no other restrictions. Now, based upon your position in lane, either you'll be ganked or the bot will. If you're pushed up to turret, after a set amount of time has elapsed, a randomly chosen jungler ganks for you. Likewise, if the bot is pushed up to their turret, a randomly chosen jungler will gank for them. These are the only times they will appear, and when they do they'll be equal in level to the one they're ganking for, whether it be you or the enemy bot.
On top of all that, to stress the importance of warding, and show people how OP the upgraded trinket is, you start the match off with an already upgraded trinket. So, if you play like your average bronze player, and push in deep with no ward coverage, you'll get ganked and, in all likelihood, die. If you repeat this same mistake multiple times, it'll eventually leave you no option but to drop down some wards and turret hug as you should when behind. The aggressiveness of the bots could also be on a sliding scale based upon your build. The more offensive items, the more aggressive. The more defensive items, the less aggressive. Since so many build damage when they're behind as opposed to going tanky, which is the better, safer route.
Ideally, passing this tutorial would be a prerequisite for playing ranked. There could even be a whole series of these tutorials to insure players have a basic grasp of all those things you regularly see cited as the ways to climb your way out of bronze. For example, another could be on last hitting.
