I have one question that has been bothering me for a long time

Why does riot not like champions build that consist on snipping someone with 1 ability from far away. Like the old Nidalee, the armor pen Varus, the AP corki from season 3 with his R cooldown recast time was reduced by CDR and did way more damage, the armor pen Jaycee with his super strong Q, old AP Reksai with her borrow Q spam.

Those champions got their abilities reworked and kit to be more of you have to do more than just spam 1 abilities.
