For real tho, there is no more 21/9/0 super damage builds. We can't max two masteries on the same level? The hell riot make it cookie cutter enough why don't you

Because the old masteries weren't cookie cutter..? This is like when WoW changed to not have talent trees. Everyone used the exact same cookie cutter trees for entire roles while there were a select few champions that did well outside of the cookie cutter trees like 30/0/0 Akali. At least now it's less of a role and more of a playstyle sorta pick.

There is now 10 times the customization before. There are reasons to go down either of the other trees, and some of the masteries you have to pick between. Riot also changes the masteries EVERY SEASON. So quit bitching and realize that it was going to happen no matter what.

Don't listen to these people Riot, forced choice between masteries is one of the best things about this new system, I say keep it this way.

Now go fix your rune system, make every rune actually useful instead of just some minor stat boost, make them feel powerful, make us agonize over what runes we want because they'll all look so damn good.
