I understand that succesful usage of new GP's E is extremely powerful and game changing, but that's basically 90% of what new GP does and is. Such a straight slap to his newfound identity is like saying: No, you don't belong here.
Plus, as far as I can judge, with 5.16 health will be much more important than armor on beefy fellows on the rift, which is already an indirect weakening to GP average damage output (since he's an armor hater).
