Could Riot Buff Ap Shaco Support? (Without buffing normal shaco)

Ap Support Shaco is really interesting to play with and against but it is to weak due to multiple issues

So my suggestions would be as following:

Shaco W (Jack in the box) - Every hit from shaco w on enemy **champion ** brings back mana (5 per hit is initial proposal could scale with AP so that we dont influence AD shaco)

Until you play ap support shaco you dont know what means being mana hungry even anivia laughts to him

Shaco W now works with - lyandri, Frostfang, spellthief, deathfire touch and other stuff it should work with (Yes it doesnt atm) The fact that he cant gain gold atm from frostfang with w is huge.

Shaco Q deceive - Ap ratio given 0.4 Ap (So that ap shaco can atleast hurt you a bit with this) Shaco E two shiv poison (Kinda funny it doesnt poison) - Ap ratio reduced from 1.0 to 0.85

Any thoughts on Ap support clown? Would anyone mind this changes?

Wouldnt be enough but I would accept it

That makes it do an extra 10-45 damage to champs. It's a fairly significant buff to support shako

That's all I've ever wanted: For his Jax in the Box to behave like Zyra's plants

As a 370k mastery AP Shaco main, the Deceive AP Ratio is actually a good idea. Even though i'm not a fan of your ''lower E ap scaling'' idea, since buying MR is most effective against AP Shaco.

Shaco's W activated Liandry's passive it would be op AF. And i think that the only reason that Shaco doesnt proc spellthief with his W is the free gold income it would give him (since you can place boxes in the enemy's lanes or jg) But i don't see why Shaco's W doesnt proc thunderlord's or deathfire touch. And RIOT has remained silent on all of my posts concerning this issue, no matter how upvoted they got (2-3 of my posts got to the top of the boards for a while). And also, while i do agree with AP Shaco not being able to CS or gain gold properly (at the rate of any other mage), There must be other possibilities.

Shaco being mana hungry isn't a BAD thing, since, as a mage (playing him ap) you need to learn how to manage your mana. I'm more concerned about enemies being able to disable AND reveal your boxes for 9 seconds, which have a fairly high cooldown, with a free trinket, making you waste your mana and the time it took to place those boxes (9-15s each)

It's actually not that weak if you play it properly, but beyond boxes shaco offers little utility which is why people don't play him often and why he's not suppose to be a support.

Its at 40% winrate if you play it properly.

they are not playing him often as a support because its weak hence why I suggested buffs

Ap shaco can be a support Ad shaco still is a jungler. I dont understand where is the harm

Shaco has around 50% win rate right now, no idea where 40% came from Riot definitely would have buffed him if it was that low.

The way shaco works isn't suppose to be for being a support, it's suppose to be for ganking and split pushing, no matter what you're not going to get around that, the only thing that would make him fit support is a total rework.

Ap support shaco has 40% winrate

I am pretty sure my changes would push him to be insteresting niche pick as ap support

I want him to be viable as much as ap ezreal is and if you ask majority of players ap ezreal is not viable in most situations (Waveclear issues)

He's a strong support against all-in comps; Leona, Alistar, Blitz, etc. Anything where the enemy has to come to you. He really loses out to poke/AP supports though. Zyra in particular gives him a very hard time because she just drops a plant near your box and wastes the fear. And like regular Shaco, support Shaco relies more on enemies making mistakes rather than your team making plays. This alone makes him a poor choice for the support role, where it is often necessary to create opportunities for plays to happen.

ehm thats debatable

I am not sure against which supports he works the best atm. Definetly not soraka and zyra

Ap shaco support is considered trollpick he just needs a little bump to be viable .

I doubt he has 50% + winrate against any support.. he could have like 45% winrate against supports he is good at
