Removed rerolls but opened up the entire champion pool.

What's the problem with rerolls? Right now I see tons of people just reroll until they get an op champion. This problem is exasperated with accelerated rerolls.

What purpose does opening up the champion pool do? First it gets rid of ARAM/ARURF accounts. Second it allows teammates to swap amongst themselves in case they get a champion they don't want.

I'm tired of people rerolling till they get some op champion.
