Can we talk about Shyvana?

I really love playing the dragonlady , particularly as a jungler. I think she's kind of fun to play, especially when you can turn into a dragon. ATM she's my most played champ by 1 game. However her win rate right now is kind of bad. It's about 46% overall, but when I look at diamond her win rate is as low as 38%. I've LOLkinged her item stats and if you can get a core armor or damage item or two on her she seems to do well enough.

So what's her problem?

Does she get shut down up top too easily? Is this part of your current bruiser hate? I've checked some of the other good tops and right now, a number of the top champs from last season are in a bad state. Only Nasus is still good and he just builds full tank because of his Q.

Considering championship Shyvana is just around the corner I'd love her to get a little TLC as would her other fans.

She simply suffers from the same problem as any other offtank and most bruisers: adc deal way to much damage to get realy tanky enough unless building full armor tank, but if u go full armor tank u will die to the enemy mid and evt top, and u will massivly lack damage, and without damage u can be ignored since u don't offer cc. The lack of gapclosers means that u easily get peeled away from the enemy backline while their adc unfolds his dps on u(good peeling and save carry positioning happens more in higher elos, hence the lower winrate in high elos for shy and co.)

Befor some changes are made to specific bruisers and off-tanks are made, some systemic change need to be done to help tanky-dps oriented champs. Currently u either have an assasin that has the needed mobillity to reach the adc despite peeling, and enough burst to kill it befor eating cc or geting dpsed down by the adc, or u have an heavy cc tank that just has to reach the carry once(and usually got an gapcloser too do so) and then hard-cc him to setup a kill for the team.

She has just fallen out of favor. Literally everything that made her pick/ban in spring split is still there, she just doesnt see that much play, meaning her winrate is low. Besides, it was never really high, even at the peak of her popularity
