Can you let me gift someone a skin for someone they play?

After a game, if a player has really made an impact on the game and made it enjoyable. I'd love to gift them a skin for someone they play a lot, instead of a mystery gift or a gift for that champ they're playing in that game. If someone plays adc a lot, lets say they play ezreal, Just imagine the look on their face when they get gifted pulsefire ezreal or debonair ezreal. It would make that player feel amazing that they made a big positive impact on the game for others and continue to be helpful and positive to others!

I would love for that to be a feature and would also want to be able to put a personal message in so they know that they made a wonderful impact on my day and that I really appreciate them more then a "GG" or "well played" could ever get across.

You can only gift a mystery skin or a skin for the champ he's playing. Read the post!

you can gift them any skin for any champ they own... yes i did read the post.. it doesn't change the fact that YOU CAN. they don't even need to be online to get a skin let alone playing a game with a certain champ.

He/She is talking about the gifting after a game, not gifting a friend.

he/she is talking about giving the skin to the CHAMPION that the person being gifted just played. Not giving them a completely random skin for a random champion he/she may never even play. I play almost all champions but there are some I never play and would be wasted RP from the kind stranger.

Meanwhile, you can have all the champs, only play a select few regularly, and when someone mystery gifts you a skin you get a skin for a champ you never played, even if it was for a game where you played a different champ you rarely play: At least you played them once recently.

And that requires 2 weeks of them being on your friends list. What if you want to gift them right now, not wait 2 weeks?

that aside this could be manipulated too easily. Say I Own all the skins for ez beside PF, I get a friend to mystery gift me a skin after playing a game ( we can use a mutual friend to invite us to the game without being friends, or make a side account and add the 5$) and BOOM 3800 skin for 485 (idk price, not loaded to be gifting peeps). Also I didn't know you could get leggenddary and themed skins from mg? I imagine they're godly rare tho (like d chain from B assault back in the day)

This could be manipulated in other ways too, on new accounts you could only buy certin champions and m gift them, for champions you need like 8 open because I thought I could manipulate that by only needing the new champ and pay 485 for the new champ by "mystery" gifting me a random champ, but seeing as I only needed the newest champ released I'd get the new champion for half off price. Sadly this didn't work because riot thought of it and blocked it lol so RIP.

You can't really abuse it since it's actual money you're spending on someone after the game. -.-

why would anybody spend money on someone they hate? just to say they suck? I'm all for that, free skin for me and he says I suck, that's a pretty good deal!
