So Ivern is a support right?
Root on Q.
Utility on W and bonus damage in the bush.
Shield on E.
Ult is tibbers with a reusable knockup instead of a stun.
Sure the passive is wasted, but that looks like a support's kit.

Jungle would work equally well because CC on Q which is easy follow up for his teammates (practically foolproof), shields with slows, and decent-ish clears.
im pretty sure he is a jun
Intended to be a support jungler.

Let's say I take him Support - what I want to know is how is passive interacts for my jungler. Can I give my Jungler 'free' camps ?
I play him as a support, it is really easy to steal enemy red or blue and then run with XP boost and buff. But you need to take smite and not exhaust, so you waste one summoner spell, but it is better then dont using passive. And after lvl 5 you just take the buffs which your jungler kill, its really good actualy :)
Considering that his Root caller allows anyone to move towards the rooted enemy. One gank bot lane, and as many as 3 people (yourself included) could easily gang up on one opponent.
Though if I was to pick him support, it would likely be to support a Jungler he would synergize with. (like say Rengar) He might be one of the few Supports who could counterjungle, if he was allowed to roam.
