A buff to nocturne because he hasnt been in meta that much. Make his fear like morg ult but with lower range and low fear duration would be a nice buff for him

When i mean like morg ult i mean able to fear multiply people at once so it be like a aoe fear without any slow

Well, the tether range is already so huge that, unless you're stupid and run the other way, they have to have like 20 dashes to outrun it. Plus, if you want a slow, it deals Magic Damage and Rylai's is a thing (or the better option, Frozen Mallet and hit 'em in the dick). This change would overall be a nerf, not a buff.

L Psy Kongroo1 votesLower range would also mean lower tether range, so even if you hit multiple enemies, with no other cc around it would be extremely easy to walk out of.
