shes useful for initiation, if no1 follows up you should pick someone else, its like picking rammus into an all magic team comp, and you just ask yourself, why did i do that? or say "wtf, why cant i build all armor like im supposed to, why did i die before i could even reach them?!?!"

sejuani's purpose is to throw her ult + knockup as many people as possible, after that she stand on top of the enemy ADC forcing them out of the fight, or stand on top of your own adc so kalista will auto you sometimes instead of your teams adc, acting as a body block.

if you dont want that, then you shouldn't pick sejuani, and instead someone else who accomplishes another task.

if you want someone who can literally put the team on their back, 1v5, and be the defining reason you guys win, then sejuani isn't what you want, but rather you want someone who can make people go "pop".

lots of champs are impossible to use well when u are with idiots. zilean is like the worst haha. yeah...just dont try using her in bronze then.

not exactly, even in wood 5, any champion can carry with their base damages, assuming you land skill shots and dodge theirs. no champion is truly unable to deal enough damage to kill someone, unless ofc, you just dont build any damage at all.

for seju, her damage scales with health, or AP, so even if you just build ROA, abysal scepter, liandry, rylias, basically any of those on her, and the rest of the build is full tank, you can still kill people as sejuani.

now if you want to 1v5, well i just have to ask whats the rest of your team doing? thats a loss right off the bat regardless of rank. and let me tell you, yes, that does suck when you cant get your team to group for objectives.

Devourer junglers are useless until they are stacked and Sejuani, even though I am an Avarossan, has tons of CC and is a good jungler.

Low Elo cant always rely on your team, gotta get some damage to make sure you can be a threat. Higher elo you can focus being more of a tank than this.

Sej/Amumu (and other high-CC jungles, such as Malphite) usually have high winrates in lower tiers because they can singlehandedly win team fights if you get good ults off and/or you get fed early. "My team doesn't follow up" gets balanced out by "the other team has terrible positioning and lets you get off 5-man ults, then focuses the tank even if they built full tank".

If you like to play super-aggressive, and your team doesn't need a tank, you can also do well with hyper carry junglers like Yi or Udyr. But tanky CC junglers are a better choice if everyone else on your team is taking assassins/carries.
