They would probably need to make that a different summoner spell. No movement speed, 5 minute cooldown, and you can walk through walls for 3 seconds.

Seems fairly balanced to me.

you can't go through 3 walls in 3 seconds

Its like an longer flash that isn't instant Also i didn't mention cause i assumed you would think that you can be targeted. That would be op if you couldn't

I think it would be, the only way to gate it would be an insanely long cooldown/very short duration making flash just better all around. maybe if they coded it somehow to only be able to go through one wall and then end, but they'd probably have to change how walls are coded jsut for that.
