According to the wiki, steel tempest applies on-hits within 475 units (the range of his Q), but I was playing against a Yasuo and his tornado proc'd Grasp of the Undying on me a a longer range. Is grasp not considered on-hit or does the tornado apply on-hits at any range? or is this just a glitch.
