Quinn needs a nerf. Possibly a hotfix.

Champion.gg - Quinn ADC Stats, Builds, Runes, Masteries and Counters

I just looked at the stats and thought: WTF?!? 5.23 buffed her to high heavens.

And now, everybody will play my favorite champion, the QQ will rise and she'll get a nerf.

They should probably reduce her passive's and Q's scaling a few notches. 150% total AD as bonus damage is kinda high, and Q deals 140% total AD in an AoE, too.

EDIT: ADC winrate jumped from 47.8% to 56.6%. Top from 49.4% to 58.9%. Mid from 46.1% to 54.8%.

For comparison: on 5.22 got a hotfix and only jumped from 49.3% to 55.2%.

I absolutely agree. I love me some Quinn and I've been spamming her for the last week or so, and I definitely felt a change with the patch. The nearsight mechanic is incredibly strong, and while her Q doesn't execute anymore, it probably does more damage on average nonetheless. Essence Reaver allowing her to hit max CDR (I like going ER into Triforce) allows her to almost endlessly auto E auto Q auto and chase anyone OR run away from anyone with the near-constant boost from W. That alone was already very strong, adding the blind in this way might be overkill - either that has to go again or her damage needs to be adjusted. Like OP said, 1.4 total AD makes her Q a 400-500 damage skillshot at level 9 already... And it's not that hard to hit since it is quite a fast projectile.

BTW @ OP: The passive proc doesn't add 150%, that's the total damage the attack will do. Well, used to, it got changed a bit to have some base damage that scales with level along with the scaling increasing too. (15 - 100 (based on Level) (+ 116% - 150% (based on Level) AD))

What? No she doesn't. All of her damage is in her passive and Q. One of those is a skill shot, and the other can only be procced randomly, or by landing Q or E. And your E does like, nothing, Same with your ult

People are still getting used to her play, and also don't forget that most of the people that play Quinn, either main her or know her well enough to capitalize on mistakes and when to retreat. Just give it time.
