Why nerf Rightous glory yet put Kleds ult in the game

rightous glory was one of my go to items but then you nerfed the hard engage yet kleds ult does the same thing.

can it be taken off his kit if it cant be an item?

Because anyone can buy RG while Kled's is an ultimate only on one champion that is locked into a single path he can't cancel and automatically targets the first and closest champion?

IIRC, they can see the destination (X) and path (-> -> ->).

Yes, the end X mark as well as the path that Kled will take towards it is revealed. Also Kled screams for Skarrl at the top of his lungs to both teams.

Wait, really? I'm not sure about this. I only see the end of the x, never the path he's taking when he ulti's. I know because I've been surprised ulted by him multiple times if the x is further than my screen allows me to see.

I thought they could see, but turns out my memory was wrong after googling it. Only the sound indicator (massive screaming and heavy drum pounding sounds) is given. No visual indicator apparently. I thought they could at least see the end X, and I thought I remembered seeing it in my games against Kled. I guess not.
