some pros can play multiple roles and champs at a pro level but most cant

I'm fairly sure most pros play a secondary role on pro level as well.

Aphromoo plays a decent ADC. Xpeke plays/played 3 roles (granted it didn't work out as well as his mid)

I do agree that support is piss easy though. I played and mained it for 2 years and supporting isn't half as mechanically demanding as other roles.

Supporting is more of a mindset, a thinking game, a peeling Job. It's a needed role. Do supports deserve their rank? Sure. But calling support hard is a bit away from the truth, at least for me.

I think support is the easiest role to play for the most part. They still require skill tho, arguably the skill floor for a support is a few steps up when compared to other roles. Skill ceiling is not that high.

I say this because support has to be aware about a lot of things but doesn't actually require much thought once you are aware of these basics. Just looking at the surface: Whose doing best on the team Whose doing best on the enemy team Team vision Enemy team vision Ward count Where to ward When to ward Where to remove wards Who to prioritize When to use CDs What actives to buy What stats to buy Roaming When to leave lane How to assist with ganks How to stop ganks Team positioning Enemy positioning

Huge one is lane pressure

If you are a support main, you are skilled. At playing support. :/ I suppose now Aphromoo isn't skilled despite being a support main and having been an AD Main before that.

He's talking about soloQ low elo supports (yes plat is low elo despite the hugbox circlejerk). Also i agree with the fact that many "support mains" in soloQ are basically carried wards. SoloQ isn't about being skilled, is about not trolling and being lucky, and having the patience to grind trough games.

(This is a terrible generalization, soloQ player ARE dogshit, but it's not the role that defines that, the fact that "supports mains" in soloQ ar horrible is somewhat true, but despite not being a primary role support myself i'm glad to be a living proof that supports can be extremely skilled players.)

This clip has no context whatsoever and sounds more like of a rant than actual facts, also he's talking about the guys he coaches, which are obviously bad if they need to be coached in soloQ since skill doesn't exist there.

THIS boards lives in a cave and is filled with bot lane mains who are whiny af. I mained support and I still secondary Main it but it takes literally 0 skill. Play Karma Janna etc and it's a free win. Look at my winrate on supports over the years. The reason most champs get ruined and reworked are because of the animal support/ADC mains who fill the forums with there "fuk this champ no counterplay rework naow!!!!" I hope one day every bot lane champ gets reworked into complete garbage and they get a taste of there own medicine.

TLDR: LS is master tier Korea and was a coach for Samsung. The team who won worlds. He is right and all the bronze 2 Janna players crying in this thread are wrong.

actually yes it is. every single one of the 5 positions ingame is a role of it's own, with it's own importances and goals respectively. just because you suck at supporting doesn't make it bad, and it ecspecially won't make it true just because you Keep saying it again and again in the saltiest of manners. you're pulling a hitler on us. "repeat it until it becomes a truth" too bad for you thought, support is a real role, and it is really difficult to Play. swallow the fact or go back to playing CoD while you regain that fat neckbearded twinchin of yours. the boards don't care for someone's fashist opinion, and they definetly are not merciful with said opinion if it's only claim of defence is arrogance.
