Mages can still get 35% Tenacity on treeline which is larger then the 30% of Merc Treads on SR
Why can't we have Tenacity on other items to make boots besides Merc Treads seem like a more open Option in more situations?
Heck for starters you could reduce the pointrunner movement speed on 
to cap at 14%and give it 20% tenacity and that in of itself would make both

Yes a price increase to some degree and/or reduction to other stats in the case of ZZ would be within reason and this would open the door to considering different boots against mostly physical enemies who also have a lot of lock down.
Yes this is potentially a way to get people to have a real reason to get Ohmwreker and not feel bad about getting it since it would offer somethign people actually want.
Also a return of Zypher would be nice.
