Passive gives bonus AD, which is the whole point of the thread. There is no such thing as a passive which grants base AD, this would be super weird. Only exception is Sterak's, but in the tooltip of Yi's E it does not say grants Base Attack Damage

Maybe it's limited to Items and his passive bonus isn't counted then.. or the E passive is considerd as base AD. Tooltip doesn't say that the passive is considered as bonus AD. rito is weird at times~

The ability was probably on CD, assuming the tooltip changes based off of current stats, and I imagine it does.
