@Meddler Nocturne Passive AP Ratio Mistake?
Nocturne had a 0.5 ap ratio added to his passive on the pbe but in the patch notes it read 0.15 ap. Is this a mistake? If not why was it scaled down so much?

I don't think its a mistake when the notes read "ever so slight AP ratio"
Because .5 AP would be ridiculous AP Xin levels of healing.
I think it's more of a mistake in the patch notes as the pbe was set at .5 for a while. Also since it's every 10 seconds it's not a huge ratio while .15 would be just pathetic.
