everyone around me is either level 4-5, and im here, getting honors all day and giving honors and still level 3

You either need to play more in general and get honored by people you're NOT premade with, or be less toxic since reports can drop your honor. Most likely the first, you're not playing enough or are getting honored mostly by your own premade.

I got honor level 5 with mainly playing with premades.

I didn't elaborate enough, my apologies. Enough reports to get you punished will indeed drop your honor level is what i should have written there. Not sure if the reports themselves have an effect.

There's a pretty big difference in the amount of games you play per day compared to how often OP plays per day.

Agreed however on my alt I got honor level 4 playing Co Ops vs AI and I wasn't even playing that much

Getting honored by your premades are basically worthless, you're not playing enough games, or you're being reported some games. I'm not 100% on the reports thing though, getting punished drops your honor level while being reported and not punished slows your progression is what i've seen xD.
