I was doing great against the enemy n mid lane, I had around 35 lethality when I had gotten my first item and the enemy had just gotten a seekers. My damage fell off so hard it was damn near unbelievable.
Is there even a way to factor how much pen you're getting for their level?

Listen, stop complaining about lethality falling off. After lvl 8 its actually stronger than the old armor pen, so if you think it "falls off" then armor pen would have fallen off harder.
Armor has always been and always will be the counter to armor pen/lethality.
