Invictan Shield. new armor Concept

I thought about about a new armor with the U passive BRUNT: stops pass-throughs like the ults of Lux, Vel and Ez. Also breaks tethers if you step between the two targets. It would have a cooldown like banshee and would have the trade off of slightly increased damage from the source to the wearer. But it would be cool utility. I get bored playing tanks but not having enough to choices on what to buy.
