So, are the promised tank buffs coming to one in the next build then?

So far not seeing any changes to tanks or tank itemisation on pbe. It was promised that tank changes were coming in 7.11-7.12 so I'm looking forward to those, because as of right now steraks is one of the better tank items in the game.

I may be annoying and entitled saying this, but it's just because I want to have fun playing the game again, and waiting for another 4 weeks to pass is tormenting me.
