Titanic Hydra & Sated Devourer

I realize champions stacking HP don't usually want to build Devourer but I've been uncertain of how it works with it.

The description says:

UNIQUE – CLEAVE: On-hit you deal 5 (+1% of your maximum health) bonus physical damage to your target and 40 (+2.5% of your maximum health) physical damage to all enemies in a cone behind them. (385 range).

First of all, is the primary on-hit to your main target working with Sated? I know it should but I want confirmation.

Secondly and more importantly, does the cone AoE damage also get applied every other auto-attack with Sated Devourer?

Lastly, does the main target only get the lower 5 + 1% max HP damage or is the cone applied as well somehow. It seems a bit strange to me that the targets in the cone AoE would be damaged much more than the primary target.

The primary on hit (5+1%) applies a second time on a devourer hit (yes). Same with the cone.

The primary target is NEVER hit by the cone portion of the ability.

Nahh man, im just saying that you get to choose between raduins omen, or Deadmans plate. Depending on the enemy team. :) But i usually get item 3361 , for unlimited wards and warding the map myself (since most Lol players dont know what a ward is) And to answer the initial question, the Cleave applies double to whatever is BEHIND the target. Being a total of 80(+5.0% total of max health)
