He should be able to plow through games without a care because he can sit under turret and farm it unaffected. Remove it or give it a realistic cd. It shouldn't be up every damn fight.

He doesn't build 45% cdr anymore. Just bait it out, disengage, re-engage. He won't be able to spam e at you without getting crits.

And how does one do that exactly without being crit in the face as a ranged or melee user? It would be pretty realistic if he didn't have the crit from his passive be a thing. Honestly they should remove it and put his q's passive as his new passive.

Maybe apply some early pressure on him, then? He's really not a problem if you slap him silly unless RNJesus hates you, but otherwise, he's really easy to deal with. His ult most certainly isn't that big of a problem.
