lucians autoattacks seem strange right now?

is it just me or is lucian's autoattacks weird like they animation skips for a quick second then shoots. like his arm pauses or goes straight before he stops moving?

shit feels like something is off and i have played lucian a lot and never noticed this as of 5.10
