longer answer: vayne is in a specific class of champions who are generally referred as "hyper carries." These champions are intended to have a poorer experience early game, this is the tradeoff for their INSANE late game potential that comes from attack speed and her silver bolts passive, this coupled with her invisibility on her tumble and the ad on her ult makes vayne a squishy popping/tank shredding Queen.
