I ganked Ekko with Yi

At level 6 Yi with Ghost and Highlander has around 40 - 50% movement speed Ekko with his passive has around that much and gets up to 80% late game

WTF....? Yi with Ghost and Ult can't outrun Ekko with his passive??? I mean cmon man! Thats a Summoner Spell and Ultimate vs single passive ability. It kinda seems like bullshit to me...

May I give an Idea?

old - Ekko also gains Z-Drive Resonance 50 / 60 / 70 / 80% bonus movement speed for 2 / 2.5 / 3 seconds.

new - Ekko also gains Z-Drive Resonance 30% (+10% per 100 AP) bonus movement speed for 2 / 2.5 / 3 seconds.

with 800 Ap thats 110% movement speed while nerfing him early game a little bit

he is getting changed in assassin rework so how about we hold off on the BabyRage until after rito fails at the Ekko changes
