On whom should I use MS Quints?

i use them on lee sin, mundo, few others

MS quints are op

for the longest time, everyone ran MS quints because it was more viable to kill secure / escape than it was to 1v1 in lane.

however with rise of mobility, everyone has a skill/ability which acts as a gap closer or escape, among all the popular or top picks anyway (minus some select few who just dont care about distance) nullifying MS altogether. (because even if you pick MS quints, you still die, or you still get escaped from by their escape mechanism)

i used to use them for every single champ, ever, just because i thought it was more important to get to my team faster, or get back to lane, roaming, or just dodging skill shots, objective taking, running away, i highly valued MS over anything else.

now i use them mainly for junglers or sometimes as top lane, thats it. i dont run it on my mid laners anymore because i value the penetration for team fights, or early game damage for the ease of farming.

like, you might be able to out run the old sion if you had MS quints, but new sion just "RRRRRAAAAAAAAWWWWWWRR"'s right at you ignoring that 4.5% bonus.

you used to be able to kite/dodge olaf, shen, pantheon, leona, jax, brand, (old fiora), etc etc, but those champions have just fallen out of favor and tons of other champions, just have gap closers so its pointless to try and out run them.
