Me too, but it seems dodging a skillshot is too much to ask of your average League player, so it's better to list stuff that just covers up their mistakes.

Don't forget about Bloodthirster and Guardian Angel.

Probably the best two defensive items to get on an ADC.

I can't believe I forgot about those... item 3812 is a great option too now that I think about it, although it's a bit on the expensive side.
