UNIQUE – TRIBUTE: Your next damaging ability or autoattack against a champion or structure will deal 15 -> 40 additional damage and grant 15 gold -> 25 gold. You generate one charge of Tribute every 10 seconds, storing up to 3. This effect is disabled for 10 seconds if you killed a unit.
Let's face it, Eye of the Watchers popularity is complete trash. It rounds out at 1% of popularity, while Frost Queen's Claim is at 11% and growing.
This will make supports think a bit before they instantly buy Frost Queen's Claim. Of course the FQC passive is a beast because of the passive and AP, but the recent nerf will make it a little irrelevant for supports.
