Wondering where each champion is going in terms of balance.

Garen needs a bit tuning, since he is a monster once he builds Black Cleaver. I hope you have changes planned for him.

Not sure why Darius is getting buffed. Wondering on the context of that, since he is really strong right now, especially with the slow on his E.

What changes are you planning to fix Skarner? We haven't got much in terms of changes to tone down his power.

Also, any plans to fix Fiora's ultimate? It kind of bothers people how she has a better Janna ult in terms of healing. Maybe change the heal scaling from AD to AP or something? I remember the last AD heal was reworked AKA Rengar. What are your thoughts?

Riot, your game needs you. You can't leave the game in this state for long or all the work you put into making us happy with events will be for naught. I would at least like some comfort knowing the fact that you're working to clean up and fix this mess of Patch 5.16.

darius is getting buffs because post rework he was sitting just above 40% winrate.

garen might get some nerfs to his base movement speed. and they had a 5% nerf for his q on the pbe. it was intended as a hotfix nerf that apparantly since then has been scrapped.

if they nerf him, i hope they dont overdo it and nerf the same part of his kit twice like they initially wanted. the 5 base ms nerf is enough in the movement departement. if they still want to shave some power off him, they can remove the 1% true damage to the villain on auto attacks. he doesnt auto atatck much anyways, but it should remove a little bit of power.

but he doesnt need major nerfs. if hes too strong, then not by much. around 53% to 55% winrate isnt uncommon for a champion. pretty sure he had 53% winrate overall pre rework.

Darius is at a low win rate not because he isn't strong but because people hadn't gotten used to his new mechanics yet. I think toning down the slow on his E would provide some counterplay. Either that, or making his E a little telegraphed, but give it a slightly longer range.

nope. darius isnt hard to figure out. a 43% for a champion thats relatively easy to pick up is significant.

fiora had a similar winrate on her release, but at that stage no one had even figured out what items to build on her. not to mention fiora is mechanically more difficult to get down due to how she works off auto attack resets with q and e, triggering vitals and the timing on riposte. its not the same difficulty with darius who basically builds the same items as he always did. only titanic hydra instead of ravenous hydra, and maybe steraks in there.

darius is getting the buffs he needs.

Ok, then. Maybe my experiences with him were against bad people, because I destroyed all my lane opponents the moment I used E. So... you also agree that Fiora is oppressive? I've had a game where a Fiora with 3 levels behind (she was AFK) won a 3v1 against my team. And she missed her W skillshot, as well as took damage from our ADC. Her ult literally healed her back to full HP and she won the fight.

the part with fiora is really hard to believe. if she misses riposte and is that far behind, there is nothing stopping you from locking her up and kill her like any adc.

no idea what went down, but it doesnt sound like a realistic scenario. there seems to be information missing.

ive beaten fiora as much as ive won with her. shes not opressive when you know the little tricks to deal with her passive.

edit.: actually, i have to try tahm against her, because he seems to be the ideal counter. so is mundo. he outregens the damge she deals with her ult.

She had two lifesteal items and a Black Cleaver for items. Virtually unkillable with the lifesteal and dashes.

didnt you have any cc on your team? she cant lifesteal if she cant attack.
